The bee hotel in our summer garden is officially open for business – and buzzing with activity. Our newest residents have moved in and are busy settling into their tiny rooms. They may have arrived a little late, but we’re more than happy to welcome them.

Free rent, big impact

In cities, natural habitats for wild bees are becoming increasingly scarce. Bee hotels offer a safe alternative. That’s why we don’t charge rent – all we ask is a little pollination in return. These busy guests play a vital role in supporting biodiversity and strengthening the local ecosystem.

What actually happens in a bee hotel?

Bee hotels are specially designed shelters where solitary bees can lay their eggs in peace. Each little room is carefully stocked with pollen and nectar before the eggs are laid. It’s a simple process with major ecological value, especially for bee species that struggle to survive in urban environments.
In short: we’re thrilled with our new winged tenants and are proud to offer them a warm welcome to The Zone.
